Title: Authorizes In-Person Early Voting and Repeals In-Person Absentee Voting
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes in-person early voting at precincts 15 days prior to an election and repeals in-person absentee voting in the state of Mississippi.

Requires that early in-person voting period shall begin fifteen days before the date of each primary, general, runoff, special and municipal election for public office and continue until 12:00 p.m. on the Saturday immediately preceding the election day (Sec. 3).

Requires the secretary of state to set rules and regulations for effective management in person early voting (Sec. 6).
