• Prohibits businesses that predominately host sexually explicit performances from being located within 933 feet (city block) of establishments that cater to children such as schools, parks, or places of worship (Sec. 1-6).

• Specifies that violators may lose their ability to renew business or liquor licenses and could receive cease and desist letters (Sec. 1-6).
