    • Congress and the agencies that serve Congress;

    • The Department of State; and

    • Several related and independent agencies.

  • Extends various programs and authorities, including (Div. A-G, Title I-IV):

    • The National Flood Insurance Program;

    • The Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation Trust Fund; and

    • Several authorities and programs related to immigration.

  • Prohibits State Department funds from being used to make payments to the U.N. Relief and Works Agency until March 25, 2025 (Div. A-G, Title I-IV).
