Vote to adopt a conference report vote and pass a bill that authorizes bars and restaurants to prepare, sell, and deliver alcoholic beverages for carry-out customers in the state of Indiana.

Highlights:

• Defines terms related to alcohol sales and manufacture (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that the act applies to the following individuals (Sec. 3):

• Those with a retailers permit; 

• Those with a craft manufacturer's permit; and 

• Those with a permit and liquor liability insurance.
