Vote to pass a bill that requires menstrual products be available at all public and private schools for students in grades 6-12 in the state of Oklahoma.
Requires menstrual products be available for no cost at all public and private schools for students in grades 6-12 in the state of Oklahoma (Sec. 1).
Requires each school district and charter school in the state at the end of each fiscal year submit a report to the State Department of Education on the number of menstrual products purchased and distributed to students in the preceding fiscal year and have the report be available for public inspection (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall become effective November 1, 2024 (Sec. 2).
