• Establishes that individuals found guilty of the aforementioned prohibitions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a $200 fine or imprisonment of up to 30 days upon first conviction, and a fine of up to $700 and imprisonment of one year upon subsequent convictions (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect November 1, 2024 (Sec. 2).
