Highlights:

• Prohibits open carrying within 100 feet of ballot drop boxes or locations where voter ballots are being processed or counted in the state of Michigan.

• Exempts police officers or indivdiduals who possess their firearm on their private property or in their private vehicle from the aforemtioned prohibitions (Sec. 234d).

• Speicifies individuals found guilty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and imprisonment of not more than 90 days or a fine of $100 or both (Sec. 234d).
