Vote to pass a bill that authorizes religious freedom for all government, business, and corporate employees in the state of Utah.

• Defines terms related to religious freedoms (Sec. 1). 

• Establishes the freedom of religion as a fundamental right (Sec. 1). 

• prohibits a government entity from substantially burdening a person's free exercise of religion, unless the burden is essential to furthering a compelling governmental interest and is the least restrictive means of furthering that interest (Sec. 1).
