Vote to pass a bill that requires landowners post warnings on potential dangers in the state of Colorado.

Highlights:

• Requires landowners post 8” by 10” inch warnings signs to visitors on potential dangerous conditions, structures, and activities on their property (Sec. 3).

• Prohibits landowners with the aforementioned warnings posted from being sued by an injured visitor on their property (Sec. 3).

• Authorizes landowners to post warnings at trailheads instead of at each and every hazard and requires they keep photographic evidence of the warning signs (Sec. 3).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately following 90 days after the final adjournment date of the current legislative session (Sec. 5).
