Title: Requires Landowners Post Warnings on Potential Dangers
Vote to pass a bill that requires landowners post warnings on potential dangers in the state of Colorado.
Requires landowners post 8” by 10” inch warnings signs to visitors on potential dangerous conditions, structures, and activities on their property (Sec. 3).
Prohibits landowners with the aforementioned warnings posted from being sued by an injured visitor on their property (Sec. 3).
Authorizes landowners to post warnings at trailheads instead of at each and every hazard and requires they keep photographic evidence of the warning signs (Sec. 3).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately following 90 days after the final adjournment date of the current legislative session (Sec. 5).
