Vote to pass a bill that establishes clean energy incentives from both the federal government and the Climate Commitment Act for construction costs for clean energy buildings in the state of Washington.
Defines terms related to clean energy (Sec. 2).
Authorizes the Department to establish a statewide building energy upgrade navigator program (Sec. 3).
Specifies that the department must coordinate and collaborate with Washington State university program on design, admin, and implementation of the navigator program (Sec. 3).
