Title: D.C. Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus Revitalization Act
Vote to pass a bill that amends and transfers the administration of the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus from the National Park Service to the General Services Administration (GSA) to facilitate leasing the campus to the District of Columbia.
Amends and transfers the administration of the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus from the National Park Service to the General Services Administration (GSA) to facilitate leasing the campus to the District of Columbia (Sec. 1).
Requires the GSA to lease the campus for the following, including (Sec. 1):
Stadium use;
Commercial and residential development; or
Recreational facilities, open space, or public outdoor recreation use.
Requires the the District of Columbia to use the campus for commercial and residential development, and specifies additional requirements, including (Sec. 1):
Ensuringthat development does not adversely impact National Park Service lands;
Designate at least 30% of the campus as parks and open space; and
Provides parking facilities to accommodate the development.
