Vote to pass a bill that authorizes schools, libraries, and museums to be criminally liable for distribution of obscene materials to minors in the state.
Rescinds exemptions from the following places for criminal liability for displaying obscene images (Sec. 1):
Bona-fide schools;
Public libraries; and
Museums.
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 2).
