Title: Establishes a Procedure for Issuing Extreme Risk Protection Orders

  • Requires the circuit courts to report to the administrative office specifics pertaining to extreme risk protection orders petitions issued or denied (Sec. 14). 

  • Establishes the effective date of the act as January 1, 2025 (Sec. 13).
