Highlights:

• Amends various state cannabis policies and regulations in the state of New Mexico including repealing the prohibition against an individual from owning both a cannabis license and a liquor license under the Liquor Control Act (Sec. 2).

• Prohibits shared or co-locations of both cannabis and alcohol establishments in the state of New Mexico (Sec. 2).

• Amends cannabis product packaging limit regulations and requirements and establishes penalties for violations (Sec. 2).

• Defines “illegal cannabis product” for the purposes of this bill as the following, including (Sec. 2):
