Title: Expands Standards for Outdoor Dining

  • Specifies that nothing in this act shall restrict municipal enforcement of noise ordinances (Sec. 1). 

  • Specifies that nothing in this act shall authorize or entitle a food service to conduct outdoor dining on areas that do not have legal ownership or possession unless explicitly authorized by the landowner (Sec. 1).
