Highlights:

• Prohibits firearms on any private property that does not receive the consent of the owner of the building (Sec. 1).

• Establishes that individuals less than 21 years of age must use primitive muzzleloading type firearms and manual pump and bolt action, single-shot rifles, or archery equipment for their hunting and recreational shooting pursuits (Sec. 1).
