Title: Consequences for Social Security Fraud Act
Vote to pass a bill that requires certain acts related to Social Security or identification document fraud as grounds for barring a non-U.S. national from admission into the United States, or deporting the individual.
Requires certain acts related to Social Security or identification document fraud be grounds for barring a non-U.S. national from admission into the United States, or deportation of the individual (Sec. 2).
Specifies that the aforementioned requirements shall apply to an individual who has been convicted of the relevant offenses or has admitted to committing the acts which constitute the essential elements of the offense (Sec. 2).
Specifies that offenses that trigger this action of inadmissibility or deportation shall include, but not be limited to (Sec. 2):
Knowingly and without lawful authority producing a false identification document; and
Making a false statement of material fact in an application for Social Security disability benefits.
