Title: Authorizes Elected Officials to Block Public Access to Their Social Media
Vote to pass a bill that authorizes elected official to restrict or block an individual from accessing or using the social media administered by the elected official for any reason including attempting to chill the speech of another individual.
Specifies that a private social media account administered by a state elected official or designee is a private account and does not constitute opening a public forum (Sec. 1).
Authorizes private accounts managed by elected officials or designees the power to block other accounts (Sec. 1).
Defines terms related to social media (Sec. 1).
