• Defines terms related to Maine's Essential Support Workforce (Sec. 1). 

• Establishes the Maine's Essential Support Workforce Tuition Grant Program (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies the program criteria and qualities which employers are eligible for the grant program (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that an eligible employer has the following specifications (Sec. 1): 

• They have completed an application; 

• They have an essential support worker that works up to 30 hours per week; 

• The employees must complete an application for federal financial aid programs;
