Highlights:

  • Prohibits any public official from holding public office if they are convicted of a felony, bribery, perjury, or other infamous crime committed during their term in public office (Sec. 10). 

  • Specifies that if a person’s conviction is reversed, then they can hold public office again (Sec. 10).
