Highlights:

• Repeals certain targetted requirements and restrictions (trap laws) on abortion providers including, but not limited to (Sec. 2690-20115):

• 24-hour waiting periods;

• Certain abortion facility standards like procedure room size and hallway width;

• Requirements to report abortions to the state health department and file a written report;

• State mandated printed information such as pictures of fetuses and information about alternatives such as adoption;
