Title: Requires Special Ed. Parents Receive Their Children's Records Without Undue Delay
Vote to pass a bill that requires that parents of special education students receive records related to their child without undue delay.
Requires that parents of special education students receive records related to their child from the Department of Education without undue delay, which may not exceed 10 business days (Sec. 2).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect 91 days after the final adjournment date of this current legislative session (Sec. 10).
