Highlights:

• Authorizes fiscal year 2024 appropriations for the Department of Interior, the Environment Protection Agency (EPA), Forest Service and several related agencies, including the following (Title I):

• The Bureau of Land Management;

• The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service;

• The National Park Service;

• The U.S. Geological Service;

• The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management;

• The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enfocement;

• The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement;

• The Bureau of Indian Affairs;

• The Bureau of Indian Education;

• The Bureau of Trust Funds Adminstration;

• Departmental Offices; and

• Department-Wide Programs.

• Appropriates fiscal year 2024 funding for the Department of Health and Human Services, including (Title II):

• The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
