Highlights:

• Establishes procedure for removing certain discriminatory restrictions, prohibitions, or policies from agreements related to housing properties (Sec. 1). 

• Requires the Department of Business and Industry Real Estate Division to establish a restrictive covenant form (Sec. 1). 

• Repeals certain provisions relating to a declaration of removal of a discriminatory restriction or prohibition (Sec. 1). 

• Requires each county recorder in the state of Nevada to provide certain notice to each owner who recorded a declaration of removal of a discriminatory restriction or prohibition with the office of the recorder (Sec. 1). 

• Appropriates resources for this act (Sec. 1).
