    • The Power Marketing Adminstrations.

  • Appropriates federal funding for several independent agencies including the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Title III).

  • Appropriates funding to address the operation of the Central Valley Project (CVP) which is the federal water project in California owned and operated by the Burearu of Reclamation, adn the California State Water Project (SWP) which is operate jointly with the CVP (Title III).

  • Authorizes the Bureau of Reclamation to be the lead agency for the purpose of coordinating all permitting and related activities required to construct certain new surface water storage projects (Title III).

  • Specifies requirements and restrictions for using funds provided by this and other appropation bills (Title III).
