Vote to pass a bill that prohibits voter or poll worker intimidation and makes certain threats and violence toward voters or poll workers felony offenses.

Highlights:

  • Prohibits voter or poll worker intimidation and specifies that it is a category E felony offense to use, threaten to use any force, intimidation, coercion, violence, restraint or undue influence in connection with any election, petition, preregistration or registration of voters (Sec. 1).
