Defines “clergy members” as any regularly licensed, accredited, or ordained minister, priest, rabbi, imam, or similarly situated religious or spiritual leader of any church, religious denomonation, religious body, spiritual community, or sect of individuals performing official duties that are recognized as duties of a member of the clergy under the discipline, tenets, doctrine, or custom of the individuals church, religious demonination, religious body, spiritual body, or sect (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 2).
