  • Defines firearm-related product” as a firearm, firearm ammunition, a firearm precursor part, a firearm component, or a firearm accessory made or possessed in the state (Sec. 5).

  • Defines “straw purchaser” as an individual who knowingly purchases or attempts to purchase a firearm-related product with intent to purchase a firearm-related product and deliver it to another individual prohibited by state or federal law from possessing a firearm-related product (Sec. 5).

  • Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval (Sec. 99).
