• Amends various provisions relating to healthcare, including establishing the first saturday in October as “Breast Cancer Awareness Day” and the entire month of March as “Rare Kidney Disease Awareness Month” in the state of Missouri (Sec. A).

• Requires the office of adminstration to submit an annual report to legislature detailing progress made by the state with respect to the directives issued as part of the “Missouri as a Model Employer” initiative, including (Sec. A):

• Data describing relevant employee data submitted through voluntary self-disclosure;

• The number of employees in the state workforce who disclose disabilities when the initiative began;

• The baseline percentage of employees in the state workforce who disclosed disabilities when the initiative began;

• The number of employees in the state workforce who disclose disabilities when the initiative began and the increase and decrease in percentage since the initiative began;

• A description and analysis of the pay differential that may exist in the state workforce.

• Authorizes any qualified first responder to obtain and administer naloxone, or any other drug or device approved and adminsterred by the United States FDA that blocks the effects of an opioid overdose (Sec. A).

• Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. A).
