Vote to pass a bill that amends various immigration laws, policies, and restrictions, including limits to social services for undocumented
immigrants, appropriates millions more tax dollars to expand Gov. DeSantis' migrant relocation program, repeals driver's licenses issued to undocumented people by other states, and requires hospitals that get Medicaid dollars to ask for a patient's immigration status.

Highlights:

• Prohibits counties and municipalities, respectively, from providing funds to any person, entity, or organization to issue identification documents to an individual who does not provide proof of lawful presence in the United States (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that certain driver licenses and permits issued by other states exclusively to unauthorized immigrants are not valid in this state (Sec. 1). 

• Requires law enforcement officers and authorized representatives of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to cite a person driving with a specified invalid license (Sec. 1).
