  • Requires that cannabis retail businesses must register with its local government and requires the local government to do compliance checks on every cannabis business with registrations in their region(Section 2, Subdivision 4).

  • Authorizes local governments to suspend cannabis business’ registration if they are not in compliance with the requirements (Section 2, Subdivision 4).
