  • Requires that if the estimated construction cost of a project is at least $100,000, starting in fiscal year 2023-24, adequate notice to the public must be provided and procedures to be utilized must be on a publicly accessible computer site (Sec. 44).

  • Requires that on July 1, 2024, $3 billion be credited to the innovation account (Sec. 208).

  • Requires that in fiscal year 2024-25 and each fiscal year after, $46.6 million be credited to the community youth and family aids account (Sec. 209).

  • Prohibits the department from distributing more than $3.1 million each fiscal year for services to persons with Alzheimer’s and their caregiver (Sec. 245).

  • Requires that the department distribute $101.5 million in fiscal year 2023-24 and $102 million in fiscal year 2024-25 for children and family services (Sec. 225).
