Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that authorizes drivers of plug-in electric vehicles to use HOV lanes regardless of how many passengers are in vehicle.
Authorizes all Plug-in electric drive vehicles for which a person has received a permit from the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to use high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes regardless of the number of passengers in the vehicles (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 1).
