Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that expands voting power of student member of Baltimore City School Board of Commissioners.
Expands voting power of student member of Baltimore City School Board of Commissioners (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the voting student member be regularly enrolled as either a junior or senior in high school and elected by high school students in the Baltimore City public school system for a term of one year (Sec. 1).
Prohibits the student member from voting on members related to personnel and collective bargaining decisions (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the provisions of this bill shall take effect July 1, 2023 (Sec. 3).
