Vote to pass a bill that prohibits employer required COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Highlights:

• Alleges that the Coronavirus and its vaccine are new medical developments and thus the vaccination is a very personal and individual decision (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that the US constitution provides that the state cannot pass laws impairing the obligation of contracts and that Idaho is an at-will employment state (Sec. 1).

• Prohibits a business entity doing any form of business in the state of Idaho from refusing to provide a service, product, admission to a venue, or a transportation service to a person due to lack of Coronavirus vaccination (Sec. 2).
