Vote to pass a bill that establishes various provisions for state district attorney's office.

Highlights:

• Authorizes district attorneys that exclude themselves from an investigation or prosecution due to a conflict of interest to apply to the Adminstration Office of the Courts for a qualified attorney to assume responsibility for the investigation (Sec. 1).

• Requires a $60 dispute resolution fee be paid per criminal case in advance for a mediation referred by the General Court of Justice (Sec. 7).
