Vote to concur with senate amendments and pass a bill that authorizes additional financial support for Montana ambulance providers by allowing them to charge themselves a fee and use the money as a match to bring in more federal dollars.
Requires each ambulance provider to pay the department of revenue a uniform ambulance provider assessment fee of 5.75% of net operating revenue and specifies that fee payment shall be deposited into the ambulance provider special revenue account (Sec. 2).
