Highlights:

• Appropriates funds for the fiscal year of 2023 in the state of Massachusetts (Sec. 1).

• Appropriates funding for the Emergency Assistance Family Shelters and Services Program and requires reporting on migrant families housed by the program and other details (Sec. 2).
