Vote to pass a bill that authorizes certain collective bargaining agreements.

Highlights:

• Authorizes certain collective bargaining agreements in state worker unions and appropriates the following amounts to fund costs associated with the agreements, including (Sec. 3):

• $12.3 million from the general fund to implement all provision of the collective bargaining agreement

• $4.8 million from the general fund for the costs of implementing all provisions of the collective bargaining agreements covering covered personnel;

• $45.5 million from the general fund to the Office of Finance and the Office of the Governor; and

• $5.8 million from the general fund or state highway fund

• Specifies that this bill shall take effect July 1, 2023 (Sec. 7).
