• Authorizes individuals to request expungement of their criminal records for certain amounts of possession of marijuana, including for misdemeanor first offense of possession (Sec. 1).

• Requires individuals pay the following processing fee’s for record expungement, including (Sec. 1):

• $50 to the Louisiana Bureau of Criminal Identification and Information;

• $50 to the Sherrif’s office;

• $50 to the District Attorney’s office; and
