Highlights:

• Amends existing regulatory practices, including that 3 years after a regulation is in place the authorized agency shall provide a report to the commission over the following, including, but not limited to (Sec. 3):

• The status of implementation of the regulation;

• The nature of complaints or comments received from the public;

• Whether the regulation has had the intended effect; 

• Direct or indirect cost to the state; and

• Whether their is a continued need for the regulation.

• Specifies that this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 4).
