Highlights:

• Specifies the following baby products as exempt from state sales and use tax (Sec. 5739.02):

• Children’s diapers; and

• Child restraint devices or booster seats; and

• Baby monitors.

• Specifies that this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 6).
