Highlights:

• Requires state institutions of higher education to disclose all the following costs of attending to incoming students prior to the student decision deadline (Sec. 3345.026):

• General and instructional fees;

• Room and board;

• Special fees; and

• Expected monthly loan payment after graduation.

• Requires state institutions of higher education to disclose all financial aid offered that the student qualifies for (Sec. 3345.026).

• Requires state institutions of higher education disclose the earning ranges of the most recent graduates and graduates of the incoming students major (Sec. 3345.026).
