Title: Appropriates $1 Billion in Omnibus Housing Appropriations
Vote to adopt a conference report and pass a bill that appropriates $1 billion in omnibus housing appropriations.
Appropriates $1 billion in omnibus housing appropriations from the general fund for fiscal year 2024-2025 for the following agencies, departments, and programs, including, but not limited to (Sec. 2):
$782 million in 2024 and $273.3 million in 2025 for the Housing Finance Agency;
$60.42 million in 2024 and $60.42 million in 2025 for the state Challenge Program;
$19.5 million in 2024 and $19.5 million in 2025 for the Workforce Housing Development;
$16 million in 2024 and $1 million in 2025 for Manufactured Home Park Infrastructure Grants and Loans; and
$11.6 million in 2024 and $11.6 million in 2025 for the Housing Trust Fund.
Specifies that this bill shall take effect Mach 1, 2024 (Sec. 1).
