    • All marijuana sold in the state will be tested for quality and safety and labeled to ensure that consumers are informed and protected. 

  • Authorizes individuals who are above the age of 21 to sell marijuana accessories and paraphernalia to individuals who are above the age of 21 (Sec. 1). 

  • Specifies that nothing in this chapter shall or impose any requirement or restriction on employers with respect to terms and conditions of employment (Sec. 1). 

  • Specifies that this act does not impede the state from imposing extra penalties for driving under the influence of Marijuana (Sec. 1).

  • Prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from entering into businesses licensed to sell marijuana and imposes a $50 fine on those who do (Sec. 1).

  • Exempts individuals who own, control, or otherwise occupied property from imposing restrictions on marijuana usage, transportation, sale, growing, display, or transfer except for individuals who are renting (Sec. 1). 

  • Specifies that limits to renting individuals may only include the following (Sec.1). 

    • The building is the primary residence of the landlord 

    • Failing to prohibit it would result in loss of federal benefits or monetary related losses 

    • The housing is incidental to another facility 

  • Prohibits extraction of marijuana compounds using certain compounds including water, glycerin, propylene glycol, vegetable oil, or food grade ethanol other than product manufacturers and over an open flame (Sec. 1). 

  • Establishes that it is legal to manufacture, possess, display, transport and purchase marijuana products, accessories, and lease land associated with the growth of Marijuana if you are over the age of 21 (Sec. 1). 

  • Prohibits the sale of Marijuana on Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving during certain hours and according to local regulations (Sec. 1).
