Vote to pass a bill that defines "tobacco products" to include e-cigarettes.

Highlights:

• Amends previous definitions of "tobacco products" to specify it shall now include both electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes) or E-liquids (Sec. 1).

• Defines “electronic smoking device” as any device that may be used to deliver any aerosolized or vaporized sbstance to the individual inhaling the device (Sec. 1).

• Defines “E-liquid” as any liquid like substance, which may or may not contain nicotine that is designed or intended to be used in an electronic smoking device (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that this bill shall not take effect until January 1, 3000 (Sec. 4).
