Title: Exempts Runaway Youths From Being Able to Consent to Certain Medical Services
Vote to pass a bill that exempts certain runaway youths from being able to consent to certain medical, dental, health and hospital services.
Authorizes anybody who is 18 years or older, is a parent of a child, or has married to give effective consent for medical, dental, health and hospital services for themself (Sec. 1).
Authorizes anybody who is a homeless youth or is given services at an approved runaway and homeless youth crisis services program or a transitional independent living support program to give effective consent for medical, dental, health and hospital services for themself (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the consent of no other individual shall be necessary (Sec. 1).
