A vote to concur with house amendments and pass a bill to expand definition of individuals who can access medical Marijuana program.

Highlights:

• Requires the department establish the form and content of registration and renewal applications (Sec. 3). 

• Requires the department establish a system to numerically score competing medical cannabis establishment applicants (Sec. 3). 

• Requires the department establish a system to govern the manner in which the department considers applications for and renewals of registry identification cards (Sec. 3).
