Highlights:

• Requires to-go alcohol be stored in sealed containers in trunks of vehicles (Sec. 1).

• Amends the definition of sealed container to exempt cups made of plastic intended for one-time use, cups made of paper or foam, a cup with a hole that includes a tamper-evident seal, or a vacuum or heat-sealed pouch (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that this bill shall take effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor (Sec. 1).
